The service is currently available exclusively to Banff residents. You’ll need to provide proof of a valid Banff address when signing up. Accepted proof of residence include current lease or rental agreement, utility bill, internet bill, property tax bill, major credit card statement or proof of current home ownership.

Does Communauto offer damage protection options?
In the event of an accident, the default damage fee in the event of an accident (whether at fault or not) is $– per accident, at $– at the start of the trip + $–/hour* (capped at $– /day and $– /week).
You can reduce this amount by selecting a monthly plan to reduce your responsibility to $– or even $–, starting at $–/month or $–/month.
